Chain Transfers

Chain transfers are used for applications requiring the transportation of product at 90 degrees to the flow of travel. The DCS designed and fabricated chain transfers are customized according to the requirements of each application.

• Frame: Structural steel welded construction
• Rails: Variable number of strands and centers
• Chain: 50 or 60 series conveyor chain
• Lift Mechanism: Airbags or Bell-crank
• Drive: Sumitomo drive package
