Transfer Cars

The Transfer Cars are designed for applications requiring transfer of pallet loads from multi-line pickup conveyors to single or multiple drop-off stations. Equipped with an on board infra-red positioning system for precise alignment with conveyor stations and a microwave communications rail that allows for continuous communication with the host system.

Safety bumpers and onboard scanners sense obstacles in the path of the car, enhancing operating safety. The transfer car can be customized to handle multiple pallets, equipped with lift tables to handle multiple elevations and more to meet other system requirements. The transfer cars eliminate the need for additional conveyors and allow for open space for forklift access. In addition, the transfer cars increase efficiency, reduce traffic and product damage caused by forklifts.
